Packaged in a window box designed with Italian 'Fratelli Bonella' art, and a description of the patron saint's attributes. Also includes  'Bonella' St. Joseph Holy Card. Our 'Sleeping St. Joseph' Statue is beautifully carved with finely-detailed features, and hand painted in color with bright gold details. St. Joseph, the husband of Mary, is the patron saint of Father's Day. St. Joseph the Sleeper became popular after Pope Francis gave his address at his inaugural mass on St. Joseph's Day in the Philippines. He said "I have great love for Saint Joseph, because he is a man of silence and strength. On my table, I have an image of Saint Joseph sleeping. Even when he is asleep, he is taking care of the Church!"
