Abode for Children
Proceeds from our store help provide support our mission in India.
Since 2007, Abode for Children has been instrumental in providing a light in the darkness, a beacon of hope in the village of Cherukupalli in southeastern India. St. Thomas and St. Theresa orphanages care for impoverished children in a safe, caring environment, and Mary Rose Buds School provides the education local children need to someday escape poverty themselves while also improving the quality of life for those in their community.
The campus includes boys and girls orphanages with kitchens, a school, a rectory, a convent, and a church. The motto “Strive to Excel for Service” is displayed on the front of the school and is lived fully at St. Thomas Orphanage and Mary Rose Buds School each and every day.
