St.Thérèse of Lisieux, the “Little Flower of Jesus,” experienced much suffering. Her mother died when she was young and  St. Therese suffered with poor health, which ultimately led to her death during her time in the Carmelite convent. Even with these difficulties, St. Thérèse continued to love Jesus in her “little way.”
